Elizabeth Benway

This page has been created in fond memory of Elizabeth Benway,
known as Lizzy to her friends. You see Lizzy and her
daughter Michelle were taken from us in a tragic accident
on August 29,2005. Lizzy and Michelle's Memories will live
in our hearts forever more.

The laughter shared and friendship freely given are treasured
gifts Lizzy bestowed on all whose path she crossed. As we mourn
we also celebrate the joy of her life and the privilege to
have called her friend.

In the few years that I knew Lizzy, she and I
shared laughter, joy, tears and pain via emails, snail mail
and chats. She was always a good listener and never failed
to give advice where needed. We exchanged graphics and links,
related to our web building hobbies. She always had some
graphic, phrase or something to cheer a friend when they needed
a bit of good news or just a pick me up.
We shared our thoughts about movies and books and life
in general. She was a good and caring friend
and will be missed very much.

May all who visit this page, family, friends and others find
comfort in the memorial.

GOD PICKED TWO ROSES TODAY

Two roses were picked from the garden of life today.
Two smiling faces were taken away.
We will shed tears because they are no longer here,
Because they were so special and dear.
They are now in a far better place
Looking down on us, each with a smiling face

They are now in a place where there is no pain,
no hurt and no sorrow.
When you look in the sky tonight.
You will see two stars shining so bright.
That is their way of telling us
They are alright.

Adapted from a poem by Al Lang

Lizzy we all loved you and will miss you very much. Rest in Peace my dear friend.
